It was a night of accolades and milestones as the Association of Country Music in Alberta handed out the 2015 Alberta Country Music Awards at their annual award show in Red Deer.

Sirroma Entertainment capped off a banner year, taking home four of the prestigious awards. Company President Angie Morris received the Industry Person of the Year Award. Drew Gregory, Sirroma’s first artist signing took home the Male Artist of the Year Award. The only multiple award winner of the night was Domino, garnering awards for Group/Duo of the Year and Fan’s Choice.

Gregory a three-time ACMA Nominee, was equally excited by his win. “It is such an honour” says Gregory, to be named ACMA Male Artist of the Year! “To win an award voted on by peers in country music in Alberta has given me an elevated desire to promote the great industry we have in the province. This is a huge milestone in my career and many thanks to everyone who has helped me achieve it.” Drew is just finishing work on his new EP to be released in March, followed by an Eastern Canadian promotional tour in April.

The year is shaping up to nothing less than incredible for Drew Gregory as he embarks on his first Eastern Media Tour in early April. He will be out promoting the new single and EP “I Was There”, not only with media but sharing it with a few house concerts along the way. Gregory is excited to connect with some of his Eastern fans; something he wishes he could more of. “It’s a privilege to be able to take the EP directly to my fans. I enjoy having that one on one connection with them.” says Gregory.
